About Kragel's Christmas Trees and Traditions
Located near the Winnebago River in the rolling hills of North Central Iowa. A very quiet and peaceful setting established in 1986. Our variety of trees includes scotch pine, spruce and firs. Harvest your tree from our field or choose from our pre-cut selection inside the shed. Open the last weekend of October, 8am - 6pm, to pre-tag your tree. Open weekends from Thanksgiving weekend through the weekend before Christmas: Saturday 8am - 6pm, Sunday Noon - 6pm. Plus the Friday after Thanksgiving 8am - 6pm.
All trees are shaken and loaded with a small fee for netting. Available are tree stands including drilled stands. Gift shop has roping and wreaths, Christmas gifts, ornaments and features an old-fashioned cook stove with country atmosphere. Everyone receives free cider and peanuts.
Tree delivery is available.

Hosted the 2004 (July 16 - 17) Iowa Christmas Tree Growers Association Summer Meeting
Provided the Christmas Tree for the Iowa State Capitol Building 2004.
Take Highway 18 West of Interstate 35 to Ventura, North at Ventura on S14 for 7.5 miles, turn east on 325th Street for 1/2 mile. Farm on south side.
